Responsible for daily posting, community management, and digital strategy for One Santa Fe and all it's retailers; I established a customized brand strategy comprised of geo-targeted content and collaborations. In less than a year, this curated tone of voice, esthetic and continually optimized content creation led to a 90% occupancy rate for the building of 430 new apartments and townhomes.

Lifestyle and Community Focus

As a new, mixed use development in an emerging Downtown Los Angeles neighborhood, One Santa Fe had to bridge it's unique preexisting community as well as stimulate business for the new retail spaces. This delicate balance of new and old allowed for a revived and fresh lifestyle opportunity

Retailer Spotlights

One Santa Fe's unique amenities boast the convenience of luxury retail and dining; complete with everything from a beauty salon and eatery to apparel and grocery store. The wide variety of retailers provided an eclectic draw with ample opportunity for cross-promotional events and content. These were showcased in regular features and contests; fostering a sense of pride and community.
